The benefits include knowing your maximum mortgage limit, a loan decision within 48 hours and looking for a home with a mortgage already approved.Simply schedule an appointment to complete a mortgage application and bring with you the following:
- Last two years of W-2's
- One month current pay stubs
- Proof of other income
- Last three months bank statements
- Copies of credit card bills
- Loan coupon books
After normal processing, upon approval, Peoples State Bank shall issue a letter of pre-approval to the buyer for a period not to exceed 90 days. The letter shall be contingent upon satisfactory appraisal and no adverse change in the financial condition of the borrower.
For this service, there is an application fee of $100.00, which shall be credited toward any commitment fees.
