WELCOME TO OUR 1754 COLONIAL FIELDSTONE HOMESTEAD…
originally part of Brua's Mill, it housed the miller, Samuel Brua, and his descendants until the turn of the century, when it was purchased by G.W. Parks, founder of the Park Seed Co., and is now The Parson's Place Bed & Breakfast.

The legendary beauty of Lancaster County's farms and fields surround our community, making every departure from The Parson's Place a visual adventure.

We are located within 3 miles of the quaint towns of Bird-In-Hand, to the west and Intercourse, to the east. In Bird-In-Hand, you will find a unique farmer's market, and in Intercourse, you can visit the Kitchen Kettle Village.

These towns and surrounding areas are complete with country/Amish crafts, quilts, furniture, and antique shops and farm stands.

You can sample the local PA Dutch fare at a variety of restaurants. The highlight of your visit could be a pre-planned dinner with an Amish family.

A departure from the usual tourist activities, your stay at our B&B will provide you with many enjoyable memories.

Just imagine waking up to the clip clop of horses hoofs and the rumble of buggy wheels as they scurry past your bedroom windows.

This is one of the unique pleasures awaiting you in either the
Paradiseview Room or the Amishview Room.

Our two queen size rooms have private bath, country décor and central air. A third room is available, with two twin beds and shared bath.

A full country breakfast at the Parson's Place may include, sausage gravy with biscuits, egg strata, fresh fruit and home baked goodies.
In warm weather, you can be served either in our dining room over looking our garden, or on our scenic patio with flowers and buggies to enjoy.
In cool weather, enjoy breakfast in a cozy setting before an open fire.
