A new automated account information system is in place to provide account balance, available credit, payment information (last made, next due) and report lost/stolen cards.

The Call Flow For The Initial Menu:

After the initial welcome greeting:
For assistance in English, please press 1.
For Spanish (spoken in Spanish), please press 2.

To report your credit card lost or stolen card, please press 1.
For account inquires, please press 2.

Please enter your 16 digit account number, followed by the star (*) key.
Please enter your 5 digit Zip Code information, followed by the star (*) key.
(account number information must be entered - if the caller does not have the account number
in a lost.stolen situation, they are given the option to speak with a lost/stolen representative as
part of the earlieer menu selection).

For general account information such as:
Balance, available credit, payment information, please press 1.

For payment address information, please press 2.
For a physical address to send an overnight payment, please press 1.
For general payment address, please press 2.

For the last 5 transactions posted to your account, please press 4.

For information on a dispute transaction, please press 5.
For instruction on how to initiate a dispute, please press 1
For the status of a pending dispute, please press 2.

To report your card lost/stolen, please press 7.

Sub Menu:

After the selection of an initial menu item, the caller has the following options:
To end this call, please press 5.
To return to the main menu, please press 8.
To select another account, please press 9.
